CESC has helped hundreds of homeowners since 1989.  Many of our clients could have never afforded the services we have provided.  We are proud to have been an important part in so many lives to help keep our Berkeley residents safe and their homes in good shape.  Since 1989, over $2 million has been spent, involving hundreds of hours of labor and materials, from fixing leaky plumbing, installing new toilets, replacing hot water heaters, repairing porches, steps and other structural areas, installing grab bars, handrails and wheelchair ramps, repairing electrical fixtures to something as simple as putting new batteries in smoke detectors.  All this work and materials was at no charge to the homeowner.  We are always looking for new clients in Berkeley, so if this service sounds like a good fit for someone you know, please tell them about us!
 
 

Energy Tips

Update your exit signs.  Many older exit signs still use incandescent bulbs.  Newer exit signs use LED technology, consuming approximately 1/10th the energy of an older sign and lasting 10's of 1000's of hours longer.  For enhanced safety, consider getting LED exit signs with emergency back-up batteries and safety lamps.
