Healthy Homes Program |
CESC's Healthy Homes program removes and remediates asthma triggers in households where asthma sufferers reside. Home improvements may include reducing mold, wood rot and dust mites, installation of fans and "green" building materials such as bamboo floors, repairs of leaking plumbing and general cleaning.
CESC is a certified Healthy Homes provider. It has acted as the County of Alameda's Healthy Homes construction contractor and is partnering with Brookside Health Clinic and the City of Richmond to offer Healthy Homes services in Richmond. | Recalibrate your electronic thermostats. Make sure that the time settings accurately reflect when you need heating and cooling. It is recommended that you set the temperature settings to 76°F for cooling and 68°F for heating. For even greater energy savings, set the cooling temperature higher and the heating temperature lower, depending on the needs of your employees and business. |
