Community
Energy Services (CESC) is a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit agency that
provides energy and home improvement services in the Bay Area.
CESC
is looking for a program supervisor to help implement residential energy
efficiency and home improvement programs funded by federal agencies in
partnership with local government, utilities and community-based
organizations. The program supervisor
would be responsible to supervise and deploy construction trade professionals to
residential projects in three local counties.
The Program Supervisor helps manages all aspects of the program, including consumer outreach and education, auditing and the development of site reports, supervising crews conducting work at the site, budgeting, and coordinating with funders.
Responsibilities:
Reporting
to the Director of Finance and Operations, the Program Supervisor is
responsible for the following:
General
Program Management

Prepare
work plans and staffing requirements
·
Develop
and manage project and program budgets
·
Prepare
invoices and program reports to funders
·
Coordinate
with other agency managers to ensure program success
·
Schedule
client projects
·
Develop
program operations and priorities that serve client and agency interests
·
Assure
quality control and conformance with contract requirements
·
Manage
inventory, purchasing and vendor relations
·
Hire
and deploy subcontractors as needed
·
Assist
with client outreach and intake
Supervision
·
Recruit
and train staff as needed
·
Supervise
and evaluate crews, interns, consultants and support staff, as required
·
Oversee
the quality of staff work
