CESC has been steadfastly and enthusiastically providing energy and home improvement services in the East Bay for more than 20 years.  Recent changes in our environmental, economic and political landscape make CESC’s work more important than ever – and we’re moving in on opportunities to expand our services to other neighborhoods, customer groups and technologies.  To that end, we are working hard with local cities, utilities and community-based organizations to find ways to provide more low-cost, comprehensive energy services to residential and commercial customers. We are especially committed to serving those residential customers who could otherwise not invest in energy-saving home improvements.

We at CESC feel the urgency of climate change and the effects of higher energy costs on our communities.  As Martin Luther King Jr. said, “There is no wrong time to do the right thing.”

The time to act is now.
