CESC provides a variety of home improvement services to East Bay residents. In partnership with local governments, the Berkeley Home Repair program provides free home repairs to Berkeley's low income residents and our Healthy Homes program mitigates asthma triggers in households with affected children. For those residents who don't meet the income standards for the free programs, CESC provides home improvement services on a sliding scale. All of our home improvement services are high quality and low cost--and provided by a trustworthy team of experts with a strong interest in serving the community.
